I grew up on a dairy farm right outside of Black Earth, WI. After attending Wisconsin Heights, I went to Winona State University and graduated with honors obtaining a bachelor’s of science in nursing degree. I moved back home and started work as an oncology nurse in Madison. After a few years of working as a staff nurse, I was promoted to nursing manager of our clinic. After multiple conversations with Mike, we decided in 2018 that my management skills would be helpful at our family business, Endres Insurance Agency, and I made the switch.

My duties at the office are a little bit of everything, but in short, I do the managerial tasks as well as specializing in life and health insurance. Whether I am at the office, at the clinic (I still fill in there when needed), or at home, I am happiest when helping others.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Mike, and my boys, Wesley and Bentley. I joined the Cross Plains Chamber of Commerce in 2021, and I have greatly enjoyed building relationships within the Cross Plains community! Although Mike and I keep our lives fast-paced, I can always squeeze in some time for a great book or conversation with family and friends.
